Unit Reporting Deadlines

1. All squadrons must report their safety activities each quarter on NYWF85. Send the completed form, to the group safety officer. Note: the attendance sheets are required part of the report.
Quarterly deadlines are as follow:
Reports  for 1st quarter (Jan-Mar) must be received by the group NLT 5 Apr and forwarded to NYW WG/SE NLT 10 Apr.
Reports  for 2nd quarter (Apr-Jun) must be received by the group NLT 5 Jul and forwarded to NYWG/SE NLT 10 Jul.
Reports  for 3rd quarter (Jul-Sep) must be received by the group NLT 5 Oct and forwarded to NYWG/SE NLT 10 Oct.
Reports for 4th quarter (Oct-Dec) must be received by the group NLT 5 Jan and forwarded to NYWG/SE NLT 10 Jan.

2. The other required report is an annual safety survey. Each unit must conduct a safety survey during November or December each year. The safety survey must be received by the group NLT 5 Jan and forwarded to NYWG/SE NLT 10 Jan.

3. Any mishap (bodily injury, vehicle or aircraft) must be report to the wing director of safety within 24 hours. If there is a question about whether a mishap qualifies as "reportable", please call for clarification.
