The competition was organized by the NER Director of Cadet Programs, Col Craig Treadwell who along with a dedicated staff has run this competition for many years.
The entire event took place over a three day weekend with teams arriving on Friday where they registered and received team briefings.  The majority of events began early on Saturday morning and concluded well into the night, the final event, the panel quiz, took place Sunday morning and ended with the awards ceremony.

Col Treadwell concluded the competition by congratulating all the teams and cadets who competed and wished the winners well in the national competition.
Treadwell also expressed an appreciation to the Westover base and the officers and enlisted personnel who assist CAP every year.
